“I took up quilting over 30 years ago, and never looked back. After many years of designing and making machine-pieced quilts, I have returned to hand stitching, primarily English paper piecing. This technique satisfies my love of geometry and precision while playing with color and pattern.”

“Giving the Quilter an Artist Palette”

Bobbie & Joel Bergquist are husband and wife quilt makers, manufacture & educators, who strive to keep things simple, quick and fun. Bobbie was the inspiration for Quitters Treasure whose goal is to give quilters an artist pallet. Bobbie wanted to make a stained glass quilt and found nothing available to meet this need. Joel created fabric which has inspired her & many other quilters to expand their creativity.
